Most impressively, she’s worked directly on some of the most noted and valued brands in the marketplace including, but not limited to:  Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton, Delta Airlines, Google, Pfizer, General Foods, Wells Fargo, Northwestern Mutual, U.S. Travel Association, Taco Bell, McKesson  and AT&T.

From the beginning of her career, Cindy’s brand management roots focused on marketing research whereby she learned, first-hand, to seek out customer input and zealously represent the customers’ needs in all brand strategy assignments.  At Marriott International – a Fortune200 global lodging company – for 15 years, Cindy created world class brand strategies for seven lodging brands and the lodging portfolio.  As Vice President of Portfolio Strategy, Customer Experience Research and Competitive Intelligence, Cindy’s leadership role focused her efforts on creating a company-wide, global, brand centered approach.

Notably, in addition to other accomplishments she has been recognized for during her tenure at Marriott, Cindy has:

  • Launched two (2) new lodging brand concepts that now comprise nearly 1000 hotels in North America

  • Developed a Portfolio Strategy to optimally position seven brands within their markets as well as within the portfolio. In addition, the work identified new business opportunities with the global market potential of generating over $400 million in “new” top-line revenue.

  •  Designed communications strategies that increased brand awareness and loyalty and led to award winning creative executions.
